Shipping Policy

Processing Time 

• Ready-made orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days.
• Custom orders (personalized or made-to-order pieces) require up to 6 weeks of processing time to be made and shipped.

Processing times are noted on each product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping is offered on orders greater than $30. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Most orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
