Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Items All custom-made and personalized pieces — including flower preservation jewelry, custom bouquet rings, and keepsake necklaces — are made to order and are final sale. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you using your flowers or personal specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Ready-to-Ship Items Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@madeofsunandstone.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
