How many flowers do you need?
It depends on the piece, but a few rose-sized petals are typically all that is needed. Please check individual listing for more information on each piece.
Jewelry piece: 7-10 flower petals
Ornament: 20 flower petals
Card: 10 flower petals
How do I mail my flowers to you?
Wrap your flowers in a paper towel and secure it with tape. Mail them in a card or envelope that does not have any plastic or bubble wrap. Make sure to include your order number with your flowers.
Do I need to use overnight shipping?
No, overnight shipping is not necessary.
For shipping dried flowers, it is recommend to purchase a shipping label with tracking or to keep petals for yourself in case they are lost in transit. USPS Ground Advantage is a good option.
Fresh flowers require 2 day shipping. Please choose packaging that has no plastic. USPS Priority Mail Express is a good and cost-effective option. UPS or FedEx also have good options.
Where do I send my flowers?
After you place your order you will receive an email with detailed instructions on packaging and mailing your flowers.
When should I place my order?
Please ship your materials within 8 weeks of placing your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 7 business days. Custom orders take up to 6 weeks.
Do you work with materials other than flowers?
Yes! Please fill out a custom order request with what materials you'd like in your piece (ashes, fur, clothing) and we'll help you customize something special.
How do I care for my flower preservation jewelry?
To keep your botanicals looking beautiful:
• Store your earrings out of direct sunlight and away from high heat.
• Remove before bathing or swimming.
• Keep away from chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wearing.
